How to judge Domino high voltage power supply is damaged

Domino high voltage power supply supports charging voltage and HV deflector plate voltage for Domino printer.

If Domino high voltage power supply is damaged, the Domino CIJ printer could not be started up and could not print normally. Sometimes, it might be started up, but could not print or print incompletely. More detailed method on judging whether the HV power supplier is normal, please feel free to contact with us.

How to change Domino high voltage power supply:

Step 1: Shut off Domino power supply;

Step 2: Remove the cable connected between the external interface board and the old HV power supply, as well as the red and black HV cable in  the HV power supply;

Step 3: Loosen the hexagon nut for fixing the HV power supply, remove the broken HV power supply;

Step 4: Install the new Domino high voltage power supply on the fixed mount, and tighten the hexagon nut;

Step 5: Well connect the cable from the HV power supply to the PCB, as well as the red and black HV cable;

Step 6: Check to see everything is correct, then open the power supply to confirm whether the problem has been solved.

Notice: Above operation should be carried out under some anti-static precautions. Please don't make any mistake on the connection of the red and black HV cables. What's more, the connecting cable from Domino high voltage power supply to the PCB should pass by the side of the PCB.
