How to Solve Problem of Domino Viscometer

Domino printer has high requirement on ink viscosity of Domino viscometer, which will directly affect printing performance.

The ink viscosity of Domino printer parts means the stickiness of the ink, while not the density. However, the ink viscosity has relationship with its density and temperature: the bigger density the ink is, the higher viscosity it will be; the higher temperature it is, the higher viscosity it will be. Thus, there will be different setting value of the ink viscosity for CIJ printer under different temperature environment. If the present viscosity is of big difference to the setting value, the CIJ printer might show bad printing performance, and show ink viscosity failure.

The solution to Domino printer viscosity failure is: if the ink is of low viscosity, please pour out the ink in the CIJ printer into a can, and put it under ventilated environment, or a fan to evaporate the diluent inside; if the ink viscosity of Domino viscometer is high, please manually add some solvent.

When Domino printer displays "viscosity failure of Domino viscometer", normally it won't affect the application of CIJ printer. After finishing the solutions suggested above, the Domino CIJ printer will automatically adjust the failure control program until the problem is solved. But under some special cases, the viscosity failure could bring about bad printing performance, and can not automatically recover to normal, the problem could be failure of solvent adding circuit, which should be solved by professional serviceman.
