Ink Update Notice for Domino AX150i AX350i and AX550i Printer

Domino makes the announcement on ink update for AX150i, AX350i and AX550i models of inkjet printers. The article mainly introduces the Domino AX series printers used 2BK125, 4BL105 and 8BK167 ink, which will be on sell soon.

Domino 2BK125 ink can be considered as 2BK124’s compliant version for “European Ink Association Good Manufacturing Practice”.

 

Domino 4BL105 is performance updated model for 4BL104.

 

Domino 8BK167 can be considered as 8BK165’s compliant version for “European Ink Association Good Manufacturing Practice”.

 

Domino 2BK125 is black ink, which belongs to butanone based dye type ink, and is designed to be printed on the plastic package for kinds of food, beverage and daily necessities. This kind of ink shows satisfied adhesive performance on “Low surface energy” material of BOPP, OPP, HDPE, LDPE,etc. While for material of metal, glass, etc. its performance is also not worse than other general used ink.

 

Domino 2BK125 ink is special designed version updated from 2BK124 to meet the “European Ink Association Good Manufacturing Practice”. Both this ink and its relevant solvent meet the requirement of the Nordic Swan Eco Label, which is standard coding regulation in north Europe.
